It has the perfect blend of privacy and easy access to all that Winter Park has to offer. The building is steps to the free shuttle stop or an easy stroll to your favorite restaurant or Hideaway Park for entertainment. \*\*\*FYI\*\*\* Construction on the neighboring property will affect access to our parking lot. There will be a drop-off zone for your belongings at the building entrance and elevator. Convenient parking is within 1/2 block of the building and visible from our unit. It was very clean and well appointed. We are a family of 5 so the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great. My girls had their own bedroom/bathroom up in the loft and my son had his own, which helped prevent any arguments. We felt right at home during our stay here. It is on the top floor, but we didn't mind taking the stairs or the elevator. Parking is limited, but it was never a problem for us with our rental vehicle.
