This beautiful home is on a corner lot with views of the mountains right out your window. Enjoy the mountain feel while sitting in your large private hot tub with great views in the back. This luxury mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, as well as the Fraser tubing hills. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort. This house also offers high end amenities you would expect in a perfect vacation home: Flat Screen TV's, with Xbox one, a gas fireplace, and games for everyone to enjoy! Our home has 9 Bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 14 beds! We have 3 king suites, 2 queen suites, 2 king bedrooms with a shared bath, and a custom built in bunk bed area off of the game room with 3 sets of queen over queen bunk beds. The main level offers 2 king bedrooms suites. The upper level offers 2 queen suites. The lower level offers a bunk room that is open to the game room with 3 sets of custom built- in queen over queen bunk beds. The lower level also has 1 king suite, 2 king bedrooms with a shared bath, and an additional queen bedroom and shared bath. Dining: large dining table to the right upon entry sits 10; Kitchen: open kitchen island, 5 stovetop gas burner, full kitchen with coffee maker, double panel sink, fridge air gallery oven/microwave, round table in corner of room that seats 7 Bedroom 1: Make a left upon entry and find king master bedroom, including leather couch seats 3 and spectre TV, ottoman, two side tables, two lamps. Bedroom 2: across from the king suite on your left when walking down hall, is the queen bedroom with double door closet/ironing board. All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker). The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, dishes, and amenities you need to cook large meals for your group. There are also plenty of dishes and utensils. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home. Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home! Entertainment : The home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High Definition TVs with an HD satellite TV. The house is also stocked with board games to enjoy a family night of fun. High speed internet with WiFi connection of course is a must! We have a large outdoor hot tub that is located on the lower back patio. General Amenities: We provide bath towels as well as extra towels for the hot tub. We also provide a starting supply of necessities -toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. You may even have enough for your entire stay! We have a large capacity washer and dryer for your use. Get ready to make some wonderful memories here in Winter Park and at our beautiful mountain home! House Rules 1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense. 2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine. 3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime. 4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 8 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred. 5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out. 6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. 7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit. The home is nicely decorated with updated appliances and large living spaces that were perfect for our family reunion. It is well stocked and has all the necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities. The hot tub and pool table are an additional plus. Aaron and Katy are also fabulous hosts, they provided excellent communication and were very helpful during our stay. Plenty of space and more! Everything you need to have a large retreat! Very comfortable and inviting. Great location. Management was in contact and made all information readily available and accessible. Property Management response was less than 20 minutes when I contacted them with a question. This house was everything we wanted and more! So much room to spread out, plenty of beds for everyone and the house came with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pan and dish you could need. We cooked a lot of our meals at the house and loved having everything by we needed. The stove was a little tricky to get lit, but once we figured out that you have to slowly turn the dial after it is lit, it was no problem. All of the beds were very comfortable as well. Everyone said they slept very good and there were plenty of pillows in every room. We loved coming back to the house after a long day of skiing and sitting in the hot tub, looking out at the beautiful view of the mountains. We loved everything about this house and definitely hope to come back! ##### Danae H. Very clean, with plenty of amenities. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking, and the neighborhood was quiet. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and Winter Park Resort. The views were breathtaking. Areas for improvement: In need of serious maintenance and attention; outside areas not clean or well maintained. We had A Amazing time at this property. They had everything that A big family would need to enjoy they thought of everything you would need for amazing stay. From the kitchen utilities to the bathrooms with the soap and the hot water in the showers was amazing. This is definitely a property for a large family. We would definitely recommend it. The house needs a good maintenance review...lots of bulbs out, two stove burners out, few outlets not working and an obnoxious ceiling fan in the family room that could not be shut off (no switches, remote showed up on second to last day, but didn't work, repairman blamed bad wiring). We huddled under blankets until it warmed up. Repairs were made to some of the items we requested, but most items not addressed. Bummer for the price we paid for the week.
