Large 7 Bedroom Home, Mountain Setting, but Close.

Relaxation at its best in the Colorado Mountains! Our home has 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. 3 bedrooms are king suites with a private 5-piece bathroom. Our home is perfect for large gatherings. It also has three separate living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a huge back deck area with a hot tub. The home is secluded, but still close to town and shuttle.

Our main level offers a king suite with private deck and 50" TV, another king bedroom, a half bath, our fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area, and a family room with 50"TV and Wii! The large deck is just off of the sitting area!

Our lower level offers a family room with sectional sofa and TV, plus a bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bath. We also have a bonus ping pong table area.

Our Upper level offers 2 more king suites with 50" TV's and private decks in both. There is another king bedroom, and bunk room with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds, and a full bath. We have another family room on the upper level with 50"TV and Xbox, there is also a large table for poker, board, or card games with a deck off the side!

Upper Level:
- Bedroom #1 furthest to the right near upstairs family room has king bed, chair, storage chest at foot of bed, dresser, TV, 2 nightstands, a private deck, walk in closet inside ensuite bathroom area
- Bathroom #1 (within Bedroom #1) has jetted tub, double sinks, toilet and stand-up shower. Walk-in closet is located here.
- Bathroom #2 in upstairs family room has double sinks, toilet and shower/bath combo
- Upstairs Family Room includes TV, sleeper sofa, love seat and comfy footrest
- Game table for poker and other games. (Poker in closet near table)
- Walk out deck with stairs that lead to downstairs patio
- Bedroom #2 Bunk Room to the left has 4 top & bottom full beds, dresser, TV, walk in closet
- Bedroom #3 (to the right down the hall) has king bed, dresser, TV, 2 nightstands and closet- Bedroom #4 (to the left down the hall) has king bed, chair, fireplace, 2 nightstands, dresser, TV, private deck and ensuite bathroom with walk in closet
- Bathroom #3 (within Bedroom #4) Has walk-in closet, separate jetted tub, stand up shower, toilet and double sinks
Main Level:
- Entry from front door has dresser, table and closet
- Kitchen is equipped with French door refrigerator/freezer, oven with 4 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, large stock pot coffee maker, blender, toaster & Keurig. There is a nice sized bar that seats 5- Closet next to kitchen has some of the kitchen items.
- Dining Room has table with 8 chairs and view to backyard
- Main Family Room has large sectional, TV, games, 4 chairs and wood burning stove with sliding door to the back patio
- Outdoor Space through main living room sliding door leads to back patio area with grill, hot tub, 15 chairs total and a table
- Bedroom #5 has king bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, TV and closet
- Laundry Room has top loading washer and front-loading dryer, hot tub towels, an iron and a large sink
- Bathroom #4 is a half bath with sink and toilet through laundry room
- Bedroom #6 has king bed, 2 chairs with a coffee table, 2 nightstands, dresser, TV, private deck and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet
- Bathroom #5 (within Bedroom #6) has walk-in closet, double sinks, separate jetted tub, stand up shower and toilet
Lower Level:
- Garage fits 4 vehicles, ping pong table, sectional couch with table, garage fridge, a front-loading dryer and top loading washer, 3 chairs and extra propane
- Downstairs Family Room has coffee table, TV, sectional couch, 2 chairs, an area for shoes/coats
- Bedroom #7 has 2 full size beds, dresser, TV, closet, and 2 nightstands
- Bathroom #6 has sink, toilet and shower/bath combo.

Our Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to have a large family dinner, and our dining area has seating for 14. We have an additional table in the garage that can be brought in for larger groups, or for groups that would like to enjoy dinner outside on our large deck!

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).


Please note we do use noiseaware sound monitoring to ensure our county wide quiet time hours are being followed.

House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) Our home allows a maximum of seven vehicles, a maximum of two in the garage and the remaining in the driveway. No on street parking is permitted and the county will tow at your expense. Campers are not permitted.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties.
