The condominium showcases a warm and inviting interior, featuring contemporary flooring and new furnishings throughout the main living area, making it a perfect destination for your forthcoming Winter Park mountain getaway in this delightful three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit.
The primary open floor plan includes a living room that is fitted with a gas fireplace and a 55-inch flat-screen TV, as well as access to a private patio that comes with a BBQ grill. The dining area is designed to seat up to six guests.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a fully renovated bathroom. The second bedroom is well-suited for children, featuring a Captain’s bunk, a comfortable sitting area, a TV, and access to a private patio. The third bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed, a TV, a full bathroom, and private patio access.
The condominium is ideally situated near local dining establishments, with a complimentary town shuttle service available just outside the complex, providing convenient access to the Winter Park Resort. Each room is equipped with a sliding door that leads to an outdoor space. The unit includes high-speed Wi-Fi and televisions with Netflix in both the main living area and all three bedrooms. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. This is a ground-level unit with a walkout patio, although there are stairs leading from the parking area to the building.
The property offers a range of amenities, including a newly installed spacious outdoor hot tub, coin-operated laundry services and complimentary parking.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

We had a very nice stay. The property was close to skiing. There was plenty of room and each room had a bathroom and own temperature control. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had all we needed. Thank you.

Beautiful Condo

The remodel done in this condo is beautiful. Everything is done with quality and they provided everything we needed in the condo. The laundry room is conveniently only steps away. We really enjoyed our stay. *If mobility is an issue, know that you must go up and down 3 flights of stairs, because even though this is a ground floor unit, the only access is from a parking lot up the hill.

Overall Good Stay

Overall the place was good. Great location, nice house. However the listing states that this sleeps 10 (and that the couch is a pullout) but in reality the couch does not pull out into a bed and it only sleeps 8. Luckily 2 in our group couldn’t come last minute, otherwise we wouldn’t have had enough beds for everyone. The cabinets also had a lot of the owners personal things (half eaten peanut butter, Tums, etc). Not a huge deal, but in the age of cleanliness mattering a bit more than usual, it was a slight bummer. Also the hot tub was broken and was about 93 degrees when the outside temp was 0. Again, not a huge deal. But a bummer given the cost!

Winter park Silverado

Lot of minor headaches including the fact that the "C" on the building is not lit. Very hard to find at night. Walkway to building is not protected and kept free of parked vehicles so entrance is not obvious to the newly arrived. Lightbulbs out, door handle came off and one of our group is disabled so the many steps in and out were an issue that we would've liked to know about in advance.
