"A very nice modern shed conversion. I loved the high ceilings and skylights. Very bright and spacious. Excellent location. Nice neighbourhood. My only issue was the ultra tiny bathroom and the fact that there are no windows that open or even windows to look out of. Which seems odd. Not sure why you'd do a conversion and put in such a tiny toilet. Not a dealbreaker, I guess it's part of the commercialisation of rentals. That aside it's a genuinely very comfortable place to stay and I'd...

"Rooms were dirty. Finishes in rooms were very poor; flooring not meeting skirting creating areas for dirt.Photos were totally unrepresentative of the property.Owners didn’t share information that alot of surrounding roads were closed for concerts.Don’t know if the price was normal but seems like it was increased significantly due to the concerts. Would not recommend."

"Nice clean flat in a well-organised apartment building (10 apartments), it is quiet inside the house and the neighbourhood is lively but friendly with a well-equipped little corner shop. It’s only a short walk to bus stops and the bicycle and foot path that takes you either to the city centre or outside of Bristol. Tip: the Garden of Easton is nearby, an amazing café / restaurant full of plants inside and outside."

"The location and private car park was good especially as we were there for the University. Access to city centre and Bute park was great….But thats about it. The place could do with a touch of paint, and revamp, new carpet as numerous stain… mattress lopsided and not comfy. It needs TLC and bring it up to standard. The photos does not reflect its current state. Lots of spiders crawling around..😓. Also which freaked out my family .."
