We were only there for one night and the room was clean and staff was pleasant. Convenient location for walking to everything the area has to offer. Hallway noise in middle of the night echoes quite loudly in the room and parking area is under construction so have to park next door.

Upon arrival, there was a mixup with the reservation we made through Expedia. The staff member wasn’t too understanding of our position as clients. It wasn’t our fault about expedias short coming communicating with the hotel. We were made to feel like we were at fault, unjustly. We understand that an employees experience dealing with various situations comes with time. Hopefully this constructive criticism will assist for training purposes. The hotel is going through renovations. The atmosphere wasn’t ideal, but we understand the situation. Our stay was pleasant otherwise.

They are in renovation till sometime in June! Did not know that till we arrived! Had to park in a lot beside the hotel and construction workers started working at 7 am on a Saturday! Not very accommodating when we did get in till 10 pm. Other than those issues everything else was great!
