The hot tub wasn't working, that's what we go there for. It got fixed a couple hours later, but the company they hired put so much chemicals in it we were coughing, and made us very itchy. Noy a good time.

Everything was disapointing. From the look of the entrance with a dated décor to the very used carpets, stikky door, and minimal breakfast, utensils all together for everyone to choose (non hygienic) to watery coffee, Why is it marked an hotel 8/10 ???

This is my favourite hotel in Winnipeg I stay here every time I visit my daughter I have never had a problem before till this time I had to go to dollar store and buy cleaning supplies the floors were so bad i swept under beds I found so much dust peach pits garbage popcorn the toilet seat was so gross the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall but the floors and under the bed was the worst as I travelled with my dog this time and she could have got sick from all the garbage under the bed please fix this I will be back next year and love to see this hotel again

The bed was comfy, the bathroom clean but the carpet in the room smelled like wet dog. The hotel is very dated, peeling paint, doors that you aren't sure lock properly and just smells bad. I booked last minute on a busy weekend so motel choice was very limited. Staff was friendly. Would not stay here again.

Good location and clean with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the staff's pleasant service was overshadowed by the hotel being poorly maintained and in serious need of renovations. Not only is the structure of the building old, but the furniture and fixtures looked like they were from the 80's. The HVAC unit buttons and lid were missing and we could not get it working without help from the staff. It was making such a racket we had to shut it off. We won't be back.

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful however, the hotel itself was tired looking. It needs an updating. The rooms were clean but there were cracked tiles in the bathroom and sinks looked very well used. The walls needed replacing in some areas as the wallpaper was peeling. Overall, I did enjoy my stay as long as looked past these issues.

Beautiful pool area but we didn’t enjoy it due to kids yelling 😅 def not something the hotel can control. No elevator but the staffs were very kind and helpful with our luggages. Decent stay for the price but won’t be ideal if you are looking for something modern. Breakfast was convenient and good!
