"The guy at the front desk in the morning was working the front desk, trying to keep breakfast stocked and it looked like he was also cleaning rooms. Or at least the linens. The front desk guy at night said each room was only allowed 2 towels per room for the pool."
"Almost everything was great. The only small hangups was the drive into the location had a rundown Sherri’s that had been closed for decades. It didn’t give us an inviting appeal. It should be bought and demolished.
The other small thing. We had been on the 4th floor, the top. Everything was clean and perfect. Room, spotless. I’m not sure if it was a roof until or what, but all night long I listened to a harmonic hum start for 10 seconds off for 10 seconds or so……. All night long. Yes, you had to listen for it, but I live in the country, so these sounds can be annoying."
"We had stayed here before about 4-6 years ago and now I remember why we had not stayed there again. My biggest complaint is the noise of the room. Between a fan in the bathroom that would not shut off to the air unit that was either keeping the room as an ice box or sweat box with no happy medium on a 74 degree day. The night light shines on the sleeper closest to the bathroom, which was me. There were multiple stains on the linens that my wife kept pointing out to me. But they were not dirty, just stained. The shower pressure was also well below par. In their defense, there was a water shut down planned for the day we were leaving so maybe they were addressing that. And I assumed breakfast went to 10 and I got down there at 9:32 and it just closed at 9:30. Not their fault but a bummer just the same. The bed was very comfortable and the location is great for on/off freeway access as well as having numerous amenities within walking distance from this hotel. Not my worst hotel stay ever but probably not going to be back. "
"Property is dirty! Looks like people are living there, there was a naked guy standing in the window when we parked, there is no hot tub dispite being advertised, they lied and said they didn't have a pool, then when called out about it they said it was being worked on. Hair in tub, dirt ring around tub, clothing tags in corner of bathroom. Cigarette butt under bed"
