"no coffee maker in room. no place to make tea at night. no music, as advertised. needs some "refreshing" no place to walk on river, as said on line.
Staff was very nice! pretty view in restaurant."
"Great spot, home away from home, will stay again. The only thing to know is the parking garage isn't very big, Trucks will have a hard time squeezing in, but we were able to find a spot close by and Stephanie refunded my parking pass for the garage since we didn't fit. Great staff, really nice space and very quiet stay. Thank you OneLake!"
"Check in was super fast and the staff was friendly and very welcoming! Hotel is easy to get to, parking seemed plentiful, and it was included with the stay. The walls and floors are definitely thin, the footsteps from neighbors on both sides shook the floor. The room was not spotless but the bed and any high traffic/high use areas were good. For the price and location it was a good deal. Would definitely recommend especially for solo travelers, the vibe overall was welcoming and safe. I would definitely stay here again!"
"This property is a little “tired” & could use some updates, but our stay was fine. We especially appreciated that the mini-refrigerator in our room was inside a cabinet, which cut down on the noise (in other hotels we’ve had to resort to unplugging the fridge ti be able to sleep). Also that during the complimentary breakfast the tv was set to a nice nature scene with pleasant, low volume music, instead of blaring news. The air conditioning in the room worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also very convenient for us. "
"Almost everything was great. The only small hangups was the drive into the location had a rundown Sherri’s that had been closed for decades. It didn’t give us an inviting appeal. It should be bought and demolished.
The other small thing. We had been on the 4th floor, the top. Everything was clean and perfect. Room, spotless. I’m not sure if it was a roof until or what, but all night long I listened to a harmonic hum start for 10 seconds off for 10 seconds or so……. All night long. Yes, you had to listen for it, but I live in the country, so these sounds can be annoying."
