Cigarette butts must be disposed in the trash and not on the grounds. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fee. ⑭ Additional guests or visitors beyond those listed on the reservation will incur a fee of $50 per night per person. ⑮ Pets: Pets are permitted at the host\`s discretion. Please inquire beforehand. If permitted, there is a pet fee of $99/per per/per stay that will be requested through the Resolution Center must be paid prior to check-in. Only dogs are allowed as of the moment. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in additional cleaning fees at the time of check out. ⑯ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays; this includes all \`social gatherings\` regardless of definition or purpose.
