Booking requirements ask for so much information it appears that they are going to steal your identity. Hot tub was cold 36C and they are charging $500 because the water has minor bubbles and starting to go green (caused by chemical imbalances, not use). Hot water in shower is luke warm at hottest setting. Fridge ice machine regularly leaked, requiring us to dry the floor every time it was used.
