Located in the historic downtown district of Windsor, you can spread out in the 5,000 square foot, three level Victorian vacation paradise. This lavish vacation home features the Main Community Park outside the front door. Don't forget about the ping pong, foosball and gaming room for those seeking a fun time. From the large backyard space with firepit, to the great central downtown location, there is something for everyone at the Locust Estates. Locust Estate boasts three large living areas, fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms to provide ample space for your group. If you are looking for a great location for entertaining your group, this is the spot for you! Wake up and relax on the large front porch while sipping on a hot cup of coffee. The backyard entertaining area is equipped for a fun time with your group to enjoy grilling your favorite dinners while watching the kids play in the oversized sandbox and playset. Unwind in the large open kitchen, furnished with stainless steel appliances and a large island for your cooking desires. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee is supplied for those early morning goers. Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens. We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog. The dumpster was right behind the house in the ally but you don’t have access to the gate so we had to walk/drive it all around or throw it over the fence and then walk/drive around to put it in the dumpster. ##### Tammy T. We had a great stay at this house. It is basically two rental units (one on main floor and upstairs and other one in basement), so we rented both to have six bedrooms. House was exactly as shown in pictures. Everything was in very good condition and very clean. All needed supplies (dishes, etc.) were provided. Great location...i.e. large city park directly across the street and only 4 block walk to reach restaurants and other things up town. Also, Windsor is a nice town and close to other larger cities for some day trips. Our only minor disappointment was the TVs. There are plenty of them and they work well. All use Roke/Hulu system, which is fine. However, although they have Hulu, they do not have "Hulu live". Thus, we could not access any true live shows....and were unable to watch some live sporting events that we had hoped to watch. Think it is $10/month to upgrade from "Hulu" to "Hulu live" so this might be a worthwhile upgrade for the owner to consider. Other than this minor inconvenience, THIS IS A WONDERFUL PROPERTY AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS. ##### Roger R. Located near a small handful of restaurants and coffee shops made it convenient to grab breakfast and dinner. The space was comfortable and had what we needed. The ping pong table got lots of use and we were able to get the gaming console working. There is a fantastic park right across the street. Although the space appeared cleaned, a deep clean would be appreciated by guests (top of fridge, water bottle stuffed in sofa, comforters washed). There appears to be construction in the adjoining property as we heard pounding frequently. Also would appreciate more outdoor furniture so the patio could be enjoyed ##### Heidi L.
