"Such a lovely property in an ideal location to CSU and downtown... able to do a lot of good walking with such convenience to Old Town Fort Collins, shopping, dining and exploring. The home is beautifully updated and Harriet thought of everything from additional towels and blankets to coffee available and ready for the morning. The tv offers plenty of options for entertainment and washer and dryer available. Amazed at the level of ease and convenience! This made for an excellent and enjoyable...

"The location was perfect for a short stay in FoCo. 5 minutes drive or 15 minute walk from rafting, the Poudre river, Old Town, 3 huge breweries, and a Safeway. The place was just what we needed and we were glad to have some time up on the roof. Thanks Erik."
