"Rooms are nice size and clean and tidy. Good location to the yacht club and a reasonable walk into Manly. Bathrooms have shower over bath which can be a bit to negotiate if you aren’t stable on your feet. Otherwise a good spot."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alice's place. The location is great, nice walks along the waterfront. The Manly shops, and Cafes are close. The Manly Boathouse is a great place for fish n chips by the water. The train station is walking distance.Alice's place was comfortable had everything we needed. As mentioned in the listing, we did hear noises from upstairs. "
