Relax and play at this comfortable home located in prestigious Hopkins Point neighborhood on Tims Ford Lake. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is centrally located with Tims Ford Marina, Holiday Marina and Twin Creeks Marina all a short boat or car ride away. The home boasts plenty of room for parking your boat, camper, etc. and is within walking distance of the lake!! Also nearby are several boat ramps for launching your boat, Tims Ford State Park, Bear Trace Golf Course, Jack Daniels distillery, and the historical square in downtown Winchester. Great home base for boating, fishing, hiking and other activities. A wide circle driveway plus extra concrete pad makes parking with trailers a breeze! Pull in, pull out with NO backing up to the level front door entrance for loading and unloading in under a minute! Large mudroom/closet right inside doorway is there store all your gear. Problem climbing stairs or worried about the young kids? One level, Open floor plan allows for easy meals and entertainment together but with the privacy of 3 large bedrooms with oversized closets and easy access to everything. This Is a newer house with all new linens, household items and extremely clean and well put together. Everything is right at your fingertips and many other small amenities will be provided for you at no additional cost. My husband and I selected this property because our 17 year was in a golf tournament at Bear Trace, which was just a 10 minute drive. The property is a great place to stay. Very clean, nicely decorated and has the amenities needed for a stay like home away from home. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet but also very friendly, with a wave from folks when you met them on the road. It’s close to a couple of marinas and there are some good local restaurants within 10-15 minutes if you don’t feel like cooking at the house. There was a large dehumidifier running when we arrived and over the three nights we stayed I had to empty it twice. Smell was so bad it stayed on our clothes and things once we left. Everything will have to be washed and treated. Host knew I was bringing my grandmother (90) there to stay because she was having repairs done on her home and said nothing about the conditions before confirming the reservation or at any time at all. This property should really not be allowed to be in service until the moisture problem inside is rectified. Moisture leads to mold which is harmful for people to breathe in. There were religious hangings all in the home, if they truly believed they would not harm other people knowingly just for monetary gain. ##### W. Alan R.
