This helps keeps them nice and ready for others to use. Orange Kayaks can be left upside down on ground. Thanks Please bag all trash from fridge and dispose of bag in outside trashcan in the corral. Please let soiled towels over tubs. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host. ### Rules PARKING: The house can accommodate 3 vehicles with its long driveway. However the driveway is single file and steep. Parking on grass is not allowed. NO PETS. If animals are found inside the home during your stay there is a $999 deep cleaning fee implemented. Also immediate eviction. No refunds. Smoking is prohibited inside and on the balconies. Smoking is allowed only at the fire pit.
