Wanderin' Star Farms - The Nest

  • The1400+sf deck rises with multiple levels under huge live oaks for a fun hideaway in the heart of Dripping Spring's Fitzhugh District. The upper deck has swing chairs with a propane fire pit, propane grill, and dining table. Hill country vibe 'soaking trough' on lower deck. Inside is Tuft & Needle bed looking out the skylight, full bathroom with tub, coffee bar, kitchenette, Roku TV, bose sound, wifi, & work table. Wander around the 33 acres through the canyon, play a round of pickleball, hang out with some mini animals, or just breathe in the peaceful hillcountry air.

We stayed at Miss Lilian’s house for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everything was in excellent condition, and it felt welcoming from the moment we unlocked the door, we truly felt right at home. The location was also perfect and close to everything we were in town for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

House was comfortable and had what we needed to relax. We didn’t notice that it had two thermostats which caused an issue one night, so keep that in mind if you rent. Perfect to walk into Wimberly, so no driving! Enjoyed our stay.
