The bedroom is at the back of the condo, with a king size bed and access to the bathroom, which was remodeled in late 2022.

The complex is ocean front with beautiful ocean views, plenty of parking, a large pool, and direct beach access. Within walking distance from this complex is a pizza shop, an ice cream shop, the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar, and a lake with a walking trail.
