  • Rare and exclusive Lake side home at Lake Whitingham. Lake Whitingham is an undeveloped lake with very few homes visible from the shore. Walk to the semi private beach from the home. Minutes from Town of Wilmington and Skiing at Mt Snow or the Hermitage club. please inquire about combining this home with the carriage house for groups up to 12.

    -Primary renter must be 30 and over and will be required to sign a rental agreement with photo ID.

    - 4X4 or AWD is required in the Winter Months

    *- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.
