The outer building and lobby very nice and kept up. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
The actual room that we were assigned was not good. There was mold around the bath tub and also mold on the carpet just outside of the bathroom which we reported to the front desk, the front desk said they would report it to safety. If I had noticed the night when we checked in, I would have requested a new room. Housekeeping knocked on door for service the next morning and we ask they come back in about 20mins as we were getting dress, the rule which we were never told when the housekeeper knocked was that we had one chance, upon leaving the room we noticed a card was stuck in our door stating housekeeper had been there, we spoke with the HKing supervisor who was training a new staff member on the floor and asked that our room be cleaned and new towels brought to room, we also stopped at the front desk to ask that our room be cleaned as well, when we returned the room was still the way we left it cleaning did not happened. We had to go to the lobby to retrieve clean towels,which was not an issue. On the second day of our stay the room was not cleaned, they stated it was not our day. We needed clean towels again, went to the front desk, this time in order to get clean towels the gentleman gave me a bag and total me I had to returned the used towels in order to get clean towels, this really burned me or got my goat.
