The carpets had debris on them which made me question how well they'd been vacuumed. There was no information on how to use the TV, and there was no channel guide. I had to ask for a hair dryer. However, the bed was clean and very comfy, and the bathroom appeared to be clean.

We arrived 3 hours early, but checked in anyway. The friendly staff indicated she a room would be ready for us in 20 minutes, directed us to the complimentary refreshments, and invited us to wait in the lobby lounge.

The hotel itself on the outside looks fairly new or more of an updated hotel on the outside, there is no property to it as it shares a parking lot with a Red Roof in which they clearly share amenities with those residents. Many people were coming over to the hotel from RRI to use their amenities. I didn’t stay for more than 24 hrs so didn’t need any help. The staff was friendly at the desk. Rooms were outdated and you could hear people in o ther rooms. Would not go back.
