The workers at the check in were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The only issue was the worker that was preparing the breakfast in the morning was not friendly and actually yelled at my son.

Everything about this hotel was clean updated and pleasant. Room was clean good brand of soaps, refreshing scents. The breakfast was pretty standard and what you would expect. However, the bed was horrible very uncomfortable had 2 indentations from where ppl hand been sleeping for the last 20 years.

Great staff, nice rooms, very fancy coffee machine for breakfast. Only complaint was breakfast was not stocked. Very few options and variety’s for breakfast. We ate around 8 which is the middle-ish of their breakfast hours and I feel it should have been stocked. (It wasn’t busy)

Here for one night. Didnt use the exercise facilities. Guys at the check in were super nice. TV has a great picture. No shops or variety of restaurants nearby. Ended up with a way too big pizza. Bed seems comfy. Room is clean the plastic covered docs could use a good wipe down. Feel sticky. Overall I'm satisfied with this place for an overnighter.

Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. The A/C unit did not work. The front desk check in folks need to work on their people skills. We were not greeted on arrival. I stood waiting for some time with no acknowledgment. No eye contact, no hello. Desk staff was irritated and frazzled with some other issue. A next shift desk clerk, not on duty, observed this and greeted us and was very kind.

Room was good & clean. The desk clerks were rarely at the desk, had to ring the bell to get attention. The fitness room did not have water in the cooler or towels available - had to go to the desk and ring the bell. The hot tub was out of order and the pool temperature was on the cool side. We had to have our door keycards re-programmed twice in three days. Based on the cost we didn’t expect a great hotel, but the aforementioned items suggest general negligence.
