"I had to go to the reception desk three times due to getting assigned rooms already occupied or just not working and the hotel was blistering hot so I took three trips drenched in sweat some rooms have bed bugs and it smelt like stale cigarettes. Those trips cost me an hour when I was already exhausted ..."
