"Very friendly staff and the dinner I had at the restaurant was delicious. I would suggest that the bathroom in the room I stayed in is in need of renovation. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and the location was great."
"Excellent location, near many restaurants, etc, but tucked nicely off the main road. Lovely grounds. I wish breakfast was included in the price. We were in town for a wedding, it was a quick drive to the venue and the sites of the area."

10/10 Excellent
"When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred. When I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t a major concern she was still very stern and strict, making sure that she was the one in charge and not me. She made me very upset and I just ended up leaving because there was no debating her rules and regulations Customer Service has gone downhill where the customer is never right and you have to put up with unsatisfactory Customer Service. Charming 3-bedroom house with AC and WiFi in lovely Wilmington
10/10 Excellent
"We came a little later than expected due to a flight delay, but everything was in order. It was easy to communicate with the owner and coordinate all the details. The house/apartment was the right size and the location was great for nice walks and dining in the neighborhood."

8/10 Good
"This unit is very much as depicted in photos on VRBO site. The neighborhood is interesting and feels safe, and the unit itself is very authentic to residential multi units built, I'm guessing, about 100 years ago. We recommend this place. "

"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work. The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was confortable but it was a full size bed. I liked the location it was near Bandywine Creek nice for a walk or run."
"I'll say up front that I should have looked closer at the listing. We were trying to be close to family. So, location sold us on it.
Pros:
This property is in a good location/quiet street.
The unit itself was clean.
The double bed was comfortable
The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok.
Cons:
On-street parking is challenging.
The property is in an old building and it shows.
The unit has been painted, but it still felt very run-down.
Common/Entry hallway smelled of tobacco ...
