- This rustic country home has direct access to the lake with a boat dock, mooring, 2 kayaks and 1 stand-up paddle board. Minutes away from a state boat launch and the Willsboro Bay Marina. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool table, fireplace, large deck facing lake with beautiful mountain view, and large pool. City water. Close to hiking trails, golf course, Ausable Chasm, and Ferry to Vermont. 1.5 hours south of Montreal (I-87, Exit 33). 2 hours north of Albany. Just 45 miles from Lake Placid.
