About this property

Your vacation home on the lake with its own private covered dock!

  • Take refuge from the outside world. Enjoy your morning coffee on the kitchen deck while the birds welcome the day. Drift off to sleep with the night sounds of happy cricket chirping while watching the sun set from the deck atop our private boat dock.

    Take your boat for a day on the lake. Anchor at one of two popular 'beach' spots and play. Or enjoy wakeboarding, tubing, and water-skiing. Then, come in, tie up to the cleats in our covered dock.
    Fish off our private dock or explore the many coves in your fishing boat.
    Bring your kayak and enjoy a cool morning spin on the lake.
    We provide horse shoes, ladder golf, volleyball and croquet for family time in our large yard.
    The house has a fully stocked kitchen and includes towels for your days on the lake. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV,and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a double bed, and a TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The second and third bedrooms are on the second landing with a common bathroom.

    Come enjoy our lake house!

    *The house contains multiple stairs, including stairs to get into the home, similar to a beach house.
    *The house accommodates 8 sleeping capacity.
    *Day-time get-togethers should not consist of more than 12 people
    *Parking is limited to three cars - no parking on the street - it is very narrow.

Perfect Lake Property

This property was perfect. Right on the water. I was able to dock my boat for the duration of the stay right at the property's private doc. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family gathering place

The house and property we perfect for our family gathering. We have 5 adult sons and the dock size and location on the lake were perfect for our jet ski, boat and Lily pad! It was a memorable weekend. The house was perfect, just as listed, accommodated our family wonderfully!!

July 4th family reunion nearby

We spent most of our time at my brothers nearby. We only slept there and had coffee in the morning. We were unable to get upstairs TV to turn on. The queen bed was way to high, with out a foot stool for my sister. Property manager did a good job at sending the sending the access information.

Helpful and friendly property owner

The house was clean and well maintained. There were a lot of stairs in the house which would not be a problem for most, but since I am handicapped, it was a challenge for me. The lake was low which made it difficult for me (because of my handicap) to get in our boat from the dock. At one point, the boat’s propeller scraped the bottom of the canal when returning to the dock at the property.

This was the second time we have rented this property and we really enjoyed both times. The owner was very responsive to an air conditioning problem and had a repair man arrived almost immediately to fix it. The boat dock with elevated dock porch was really nice allowing for spectacular views of the lake. The yard is well kept and very spacious!

Conroe Getaway

The host was very responsive and it was a nice, quiet and convenient getaway for Lake Conroe. Boat parking was a little tight, but manageable in the driveway.

Darling Hostess

Boating Heaven

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Boat dock is so convenient. Property Manager is awesome. Quick responses. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Lake Conroe. Can hardly wait to come visit again.

Very clean and well kept!!

Loved the house and deck views! We rented for a week and it was just perfect! Has everything your family needs for a relxing lake vaction. We have two boats and they fit wonderfully. We will definitely rent there again soon!

Great for family!

We had a great time. The kids loved fishing from the boat dock and lounging on the top deck. We rented a boat for the day from a local vendor and were able to come in and dock for a break and head right back out. Owner was very reponsive when we had questions.

Great relaxing weekend

Great place right on the lake. Fished off the deck out back, used charcoal grill to cook lunch Saturday. Sleeping accommodations were just right for the two families. Rent a pontoon boat and enjoyed the lake, was able to pick up & drop people off right at the property dock. Thanks for everything, GREAT Weekend
