It is an open space a living room. Sitting room. 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom but kitchen is a women or a person who enjoys cooking dream kitchen. Large counter in middle with stools, and dining table for up to 8\. It's amazing. This place has everything you need, clean. But wait til u step out on the wrap around deck... The view from there... Lake a shirt walk from the house. I would rather this place 5 stars. Communication with host was fast. I would love to come back again. Thank you. The common space was absolutely perfect for a large group. Peaceful, beautiful, kayaking, flyfishing...just dreamy. This host was accommodating, easy and quick to communicate with, and made everything easy. It seemed like we were the only ones on the pond most of the time. Secluded and quiet location. On morning walks w/ the dog, we saw deer, a fox, and other wildlife. It was a bit longer drive than we were used to for groceries, etc, but was well worth it for the peaceful relaxation that it afforded! We had a lovely time! ##### David P. The house is comfortable and inviting, if a bit worn down (chipping paint, rust, and some dusty shelves). The beds are comfortable as are the sitting and living rooms. The jetted bathtub in the pictures was out of order and there are instructions not to use the wood stoves. It would have been nice if we could’ve had fire as the weather had gotten cooler. Also, while we were cooking the grill was pretty dirty so we had a lot of flare ups and we ran out of gas while cooking. The host was very responsive and dropped a new one. ##### Jennifer D. We loved the secluded wooded area. Caught a few fish and a snapping turtle! Due to rainy weather, we spent the majority of our time in the large and spacious kitchen/dining area, which was perfect for cooking, drinking and playing cards. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with all essentials and the bathrooms had thick towels. Basically, we had everything we needed for our very enjoyable stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a large home in a quiet area. There were plenty of rooms for our family, but 3 of my relatives did not make it.The first floor had a bedroom right near the main floor bathroom which was perfect for my 82 year old parents.My husband and I stayed in the upstairs master suite.We were there for Friday and Saturday night.My daughter's wedding was in Union which was a short 15 minute drive.Unfortunately with all the prep at the wedding venue, we were hardly at the house at all.We absolutely loved the huge kitchen and the dining table would have been great for all the games that were stacked by the wood stove.The communication with host Heather was wonderful, and she was very accommodating for an early check in, but we didn't need it as we went straight to the wedding venue to set up.My husband took a walk down to the dock to check it out in the morning.We will definitely keep this property in mind for a family week long vacation in the future.I would definitely recommend staying at this property. ##### michele C.
