"The room was clean but there was a strong urine smell in the hallway and some in our kitchen area but not the bedroom. It was not there the next day. It is located in an area with many oriental restaurants but no traditional ones."

"Our rooms were a long way to walk to, the breakfast was not good very busy and not much food to select from, only 1 lift out of 3 was working, but good location and would stay there again because of location"

"Another comfortable stay whilst in the CBD for a heavy week of study. Thomas on front desk accomodated an after the fact two extra night add on, meaning I didn't need to change rooms which was greatly appreciated. Slight concern with water pressure one morning, but it was a bigger issue than one room (it happens) which was outside the staff's control. Meal options are good value for those time poor or not wanting to head outside the property. Frequent user and will continue to do."

"The location is outstanding, so no need to have a car. CBD, southbank, train station, all very close and in walking distance. Note that parking is expensive and hard. Its either a carpark that allows you one entry one exit per pay, or the hotels valet ($80 a day). The hotel itself is a bit dated, but still has a luxury feeling. Great gym and great spa. The rooms are a bit small, so if you need to take business calls from the room - take this into consideration. Two people cannot work from the room together."
