"Room was great, most of staff was friendly, pool was closed for most of our stay, hotel said they would refund our last day since we checked out early due to pool being closed and traveling with 3 kids then did not refund as promised"

"My first trip to Sandy Springs was disappointing, especially since I expected hotels in this area to be more up to date. The front desk lady at check-in was very rude, which made the experience start off badly. To make matters worse, the internet and TV did not work during my stay. The gentleman at check-in even told me to “break the TV” if the remote didn’t work, which was completely unprofessional. Had I known there was a Marriott or Hilton nearby, I would have chosen one of those instead. I will not be returning to this property! "

"My friends shower didn’t work. No hot water in the mornings. Charging $10 for parking is ridiculous at this location. It is just an artificial way to make more money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my credit card still has a deposit holding of some kind although the total of my incremental charges has been charged in full already. "

"Beds were clean. Room had structure issues. Can tell very much it’s an OLD hotel with new fave lift. Has a pool but I wouldn’t suggest swimming in it. "
