"Fantastic stay"

"I had a lot of problems with this stay at Embassy suites i will be contacting corporate office I had a random guest walk in my room that the front desk gave the key. No apologies the lady at the front desk that I told about it did not want to do a incident report"

"The property was beautiful, but it was a little disappointing to walk into our room and have a really strong bleach smell. also had no idea part of the property was under construction."

"The gym was poor. The room was cramped, the squealing noise from the pipes at night was the worst. The decor is desperately in need of an update. "

"Everything was great at this hotel. The most important things Beds were comfortable! Rooms & hotel were clean! Breakfast wa ms good although I felt overpriced but good! And we felt safe there! "

"Room was pretty dirty, pile of hair on the floor, trash can in the middle of the kitchen, dirty countertops. Vacuum or carpet cleaner in the hall was super loud in the morning and they would bump the door with it. Despite that, rooms are nice and modern. Breakfast was tasty. I was working and complaining wasn’t in the schedule, so I can’t speak to the hotel front desk. I would consider trying them again in the future but if the room had clumps of hair on the bathroom floor, they would hear about it."
