"I stay at hotels quite often and I have to say I am VERY happy with my stay at Sonesta. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had tickets to the Bananas and took the shuttle and Fred (the driver) is AMAIZING!!!!!! My husband and I had time to kill waitting on friends to meet us in the lobby and we sat and chatted with Fred for a good 30 minutes. He took the time to drop us off at a easy place to find so he could pick us up after the game. The hotel it's self was very clean with no weird smells."

"The rooms are very spacious. Showers are huge, great lighting in rooms. Very cozy lounge area. Friendly staff from check in to check out. Super nice outdoor patio area with fire pit. Hotel is also very secure. "

"The hotel staff lack of communication amongst each other almost ruined my trip. I paid for a very late check out and they kept harassing me asking when I will be checking out. Knocking on my door twice and at one point coming in unprovoked after not hearing a timely response. (I got up in less than a minute.) Stains were left on sheets, pillows, my bed was dirty. We complained they never came to clean it. If you have your do not disturb sign on your door, expect to be disturbed by the staff who doesn't communicate."
