While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please pick up after pets outside. We allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.). No vicious breeds are permitted. No other pets are allowed without Manager approval. $50 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. EXTRAS Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. HOUSE RULES No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. No parties or events permitted. The house is a quick drive from Williams, where we could get groceries and enjoy the shops and restaurants. I stay in many rentals every year and this one tops the list. It has Pots and pans with lids, lots of dishes, containers, towels, blankets, pillows, fans and games. I mention these things by name because i recently stayed in a place with one towel, one roll of tp, mismatched dishes and two drops of soap. The only complaint was only the Master bedroom had a TV. Other than that all bedrooms were pretty equal!! The house had everything we needed!! Was very cute!! Loved the Patio’s We had 7 people was very accommodating. We did bring comfortable lawn chairs and we did need a couple of them so that we all had a spot to sit inside in the living room..
