We purposely booked the springhill suites because the offered the rooms with 2 queen beds and a pull out trundle bed. There was 5 of us traveling together and the desk in their rooms (with the frosted glass) makes a great partition to give my 16yo daughter some privacy while sleeping on the trundle bed. We also like the idea of having a separate toilet/sink room apart from the shower and main sink. Unfortunately the glass was missing from our desk in our room when we checked in. We were informed most rooms no longer had it. The manager was super kind and took us around to other rooms until we found one that had the glass. It didn't have the walk in shower for my disabled mom not we worked around that(and they were kind enough the give us a shower chair to use). All in all the hotel is clean, it had a good breakfast and the staff was kind and accommodating. I think they just need to do some renovations too bring it up to springhill standards a bit better. I would still stay here again. We called the front desk to ask for shampoo, waited 30 mins and they never showed up. We were trying to get ready to go out for dinner at this point. So, I went downstairs to get it from someone else. The lady that answered the phone about shampoo knocked on our door 2 hours later with the shampoo. It’s usually loud at the hotel with people yelling and thumping as well. I’m not sure if we’ll stay here again.
