No parking ..you could look for on street parking or use their valet. "

"The house itself was fine and met our basic expectations, but I want to make future guests aware of an issue with parking. The listing advertises three parking spots, but that is not accurate. We were able to park a medium SUV, however the gate would not close if we tried to fit a compact car in the second spot, and the “third” spot simply does not exist. While we were on the way to the property, we received a message stating there was construction on a neighboring lot a few doors down that is rented for additional parking, and that the third parking space would not be available. In reality, the neighboring property has been completely torn down and is currently just a large hole in the ground, so this is not a temporary inconvenience—it’s likely to be unavailable for quite some time. "
