"Decent rooms "

"Checkin was very quick and smooth. Room was dated. Bedside reading lamp didn’t work. Carpet edge was tattered, bathroom baseboards swollen. Bedding a bit tattered and worn. Corners of bathroom floors not very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kids had a blast at the pool area, although there were no fresh towels there. I had to phone front desk and wait about a hour for some to be brought. Lovely tropical garden decor surrounding pool. Went to the restaurant for supper. Very nice atmosphere and appealing menu. Kid’s menu could use some healthier options. "

"The room and hallways were was clean, but the bathroom had hair in the shower, false eyelashes and a bobby pin on the floor. It appeared to had not been vacuumed. Breakfast was very good, the lobby of the hotel is very nice and inviting. Would like to stay in the summer to try out the patio."

"My stay was good clean room, great breakfast, very comfortable. "

"Front desk staff are helpful and very pleasant. I had a small hiccup with the under ground parking and the front desk was a great help. That being said the underground parking is small and fills up quickly which can be a problem if you arrive later in the evening."
