With a golf cart, you will be minutes from Saluki Recreation Center, where you can enjoy family pools & activities for all ages. Please note that there's a $50 charge to get the lifestyle IDs. This home offers comfort, privacy and convenience. With a GOLFCART available, you will be 3 minutes away from Eastport Town Square, Waters Edge Postal Recreation, and also close to Southern Oaks, Jubilee, Mickylee, Laurel Oak, and Live Oak Pitch & Putt Our property has comfortable bedrooms to ensure your experience in our place is unforgettable. In the master bedroom, there's a plush KING SIZED bed with an ENSUITE bathroom, and there's a walk-in closet - we also have enough basic supplies that would last for your long or short term stay. The second bedroom also has a nice KING-SIZED bed and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a QUEEN-SIZED bed. Each room is designed with your comfort in our mind. For your entertainment, we offer free Netflix streaming with a HIGH SPEED Wi-Fi. There's a workspace with an ERGONOMIC chair for work or study. Guest will have access to every space in the property You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Other things to note: Guest passes must be requested and received from a regional recreation center. Guest passes are good for all activities except for access to sports pools. The resident does not need to be present for the guests to utilize the facilities. When golfing guest passes will be sufficient, but guests have a small greens fee (typically $11) to play the executive courses. For profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5, we also require a fully refundable security deposit for the stay once the booking is confirmed. The deposit is simply pre-authorized on your payment method, and would only be charged if there were any damages or missing items upon checkout.
