Accommodating environment. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Delicious food.

Perfect location for accessing ski lift and great view of the mountain Really friendly bar which has live music, breakfast was good with decent choice and good coffee. Didn’t eat in restaurant but menu looked pretty extensive

Lovely spa resort. Right next to ski lift. Great breakfast.

Everything is good

Fantastic rooms, pool, very good breakfast

Excellent service, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The food also was very good and nothing was too much trouble.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the hotel is. The interiors are stunning — elegant, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every space feels luxurious yet welcoming, and the attention to detail in the décor and ambience is remarkable. The facilities are outstanding. The spa is peaceful, immaculate, and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Every area, from our room...

We loved the room and spa, the service was excellent. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again. Very convenient for visiting the krimml falls area and dog friendly.

tolles sauberes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal und vielfältiges Frühstück... gerne wieder :)

The hotel was really conveniently located near the train station, and walkable distance from the centre of Kitzbühel. Recently renovated hotel with friendly staff and great amenities.

Best hotel we ever stayed in, in a ski resort. Incredible level of friendliness and customer service and attention to detail from the staff, perfect facilities, food superb. Will definitely be recommending to others and returning again in the future, awesome.

Vaya one of the best hotels in Austria

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the old castle look mixed with some modern interior. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, which led to a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
