Wild Wild West Casino

I realize that we only had a 2 night stay but didn’t really think that our room would not be cleaned. We did not receive clean wash cloths or towels until I called around 7pm on the second night. We were out of the room for most of the day. When we did receive the towels, they were just put on the bed. The used towels were still in the bathroom on the floor. Waste cans were not emptied. Bed was never changed. We were very surprised. This is a first considering the amount of times we’ve stayed at Tropicana.

Room was big but not much to it. View was beautiful!

All I can say is this is one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Easy check in and out, housekeeping was AWESOME! Def a 10/10 would and will stay again
