Rooms are clean. We booked 2 rooms.Everything was spotless and checking in took little time but all in all it’s all good.i ll definitely come here and can recommend to my friends.

Loved the historic feel

We booked a room for two nights, and when we arrived, we were told that the room assigned to us was in the older section of the building, which has not yet been updated. This information was not disclosed at the time of booking. The room was advertised as an “upgraded room,” and we were told that the room would be assigned upon arrival. Because we did not want to stay in the outdated section, we had to pay an additional **$70 per night** to move to a room in the updated section. I wish this had been clearly explained during the booking process. If guests are not guaranteed a room in the updated tower, that should be clearly stated before they make a reservation. Being told about the difference only after arrival was very disappointing. We were also charged a **resort fee**, but when we asked about using the resort amenities, we were told that additional charges and appointments were required. When we asked the front desk the following morning what the resort fee covered, we were told it was essentially for **Wi-Fi and the gym**. This was also confusing and did not feel consistent with what we expected from a “resort fee.” Another issue was the extremely long lines at the front desk, both during check-in/check-out and whenever we needed assistance. The hotel clearly needs more staff at the front desk during busy periods. Overall, I ended up paying **more than $200 in unexpected additional charges**, which I had not anticipated when making the reservation..
