"Bell hop and valet were so kind. Front desk was very rude I asked for help and got a nasty attitude. Was also accused of smoking in a room when I absolutely did not and got told I have to pay a fee. I am not happy I have been coming to the resorts many times. I will not be coming back. I got treated better at a hotel I was not even a guest in. I am very disappointed in the resorts. "
