"The hotel was close to everything. The plumbing in my room was old, outdated, the toilet didn’t flush and the temperature of the shower was extremely difficult to control."

"The staff were warm and friendly at the welcome and throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Loved the bathtub!!! Breakfast was delicious and had a wonderful selection of hot and cold options. They helped us to arrange transport to other locations. Loved the experience and the city of Galway!"

"This hotel is amazing! In a lovely location along the Salthill Promenade, where you can walk into Galway or a short car drive. The rooms were lovely and clean and room service was there every morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone visiting."
