"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Mindari Hotel, could not fault the hotel or staff, a fabulous location with plenty restaurants and bars."

"Looked beautiful as we drove in. Beautiful manicured lawns with kangaroos either napping or eating. After checking in and putting our stuff into the Very outdated room. A walk through the koala enclosure we managed to see 4 koalas very high up in their trees. Onto the bar,a beer and a lemon lime bitters.Beer was cold, lemon lime bitters was watered down but ok. Dinner was ordered and arrived very quickly, small steak under cooked and luke warm chips.Complaint made re the chips and comment by staff was I will let them know. Back to the room, dripping shower, tv so old you couldn't get all the channels, thread bare carpet, reasonably comfortable queen bed,bunk beds that the mattress was too small and very cold room with an extra blanket that smelt very musty. Made my complaint known at checkout, response oh I didn't know you couldn't get all the channels in that room. $175.00 definitely not worth it."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an easy getaway to Guilderton/Moore River. The property is extremely basic with no frills but a good location with a lovely surround veranda to chase the sun. Country Values Holiday Homes has always been excellent to communicate with and do a fantastic job managing their properties."

"Stayed at many places in Guilderton over the years, old and new. This place is old on the outside but nicely renovated on the inside. Michael the owner was warm and friendly to communicate with and has clear details of what we can expect. There was a also a lovely surprise when I opened the fridge, some very nice welcoming goodies to start the holiday off on the right spirit. Also enjoyed a few hours at the relatively new Moore River Brewery with my mates. Thanks again Michael, would be happy to stay again at your place."

"Fabulous views, nicely appointed kitchen with new quality appliances and comfy beds. This is a beach house with a lovely aspect. Being able to drive up to the house meant our elderly relative didn't have to tackle stairs. The first place we've stayed where the blurb didn't do justice to the reality. "
