"This is the perfect place to stay for a short break to Amsterdam. The views of the river from our room were superb. We used the air con through the night and it was quiet and effective. The breakfast selection was excellent and set us up for a day of exploring. The hotel was clean and the eating areas spacious. The only downside was the lack of warmth from the reception staff, they were polite and efficient but lacked a friendly smile. The restaurant staff were however very friendly and welcoming. "
