"Exceptionally clean. I would describe it as a patio rather than a balcony. Lovely and quiet . Cooking facilities are good Extremely comfortable bed . It really is a place where one can completely relax. It could have benefitted from a clothes rail and a set of drawers but would definitely recommend and would happily stay there again"

Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. Was maybe 2am before all was quiet. Also nothing to do with house but there were scrambler bikes going up and down...

"To start with, no check in information was sent to me before I arrived. When I arrived I couldn't get hold of the owner as he wasn't answering his phone and didn't have the curtesy to reply to the several messages I left, both in the form of answer phone and text. I had to contact Hotels.com via the online chat. Eventually one of the owners employees phoned me and said he would come and let me in. Once in the property, things didn't really improve. The maintenance of the place is shocking and...
