Eerily dark corridors at night
No irons and ironing boards in rooms
Mediocre, and expensive, breakfast
Credit card reader at kiosk refused to accept any of my Canadian cards - friendly staff was quick to help
Very dodgy area - I would not walk around the area alone at night

Lovely team, but the room upgrade didn’t work well for us, it was far too noisy and needed new carpet and few touchups in the bathroom.. just to combat the mould and the toilet stains and wobbly seat. TV missing from the seating area and too many furnitures cluttered there, so no room to walk.Otherwise the team was lovely, but wouldn’t stay in this room again for €240 extra on the top of our booked room.

Decent room, comfy bed, warm and ventilated. A number of small issues: sparsely furnished, lack of tea bags, no info on where’s a post office (for example), empty fridge, some mould in shower.

Staff are friendly and helpful, air conditioning was very good. Breakfast was decent mix of hot and cold options. Do be aware if staying mid Feb there is a carnival and the hotel overlooks the main square where festivities take place!
