Room was very dirty upon arrival. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom area. The fridge was unplugged and there was some sort of feces looking substance on the walls. Did not feel safe in the area. The clerk at the front didn’t seem to care about the room’s condition, and assured us that Expedia would refund us if we wanted to leave, which we did. The pricing also was WAY above what was offered.

This was our second stay at this property in the last few months. It was good enough the first time that we were comfortable booking again. Huge mistake. When i say the room was filthy, i am not exaggerating. To the manager's credit, he did move us to another room but that room, although not filthy, was still not clean. It was clear that the bedding was not clean and the towels were dirty. Unless you have no other option, i suggest booking elsewhere. I know we willbe doing so.

It’s obvious they aren’t in the business of having a decently maintained business. Half the lights in my room didn’t work, the AC sounded like it was going to fall out of the wall, and the paint was cracking, peeling, or non existent.

The bed was clean and comfortable but other areas were not as clean. There was a pile of icy snow in front of our room by the edge of the walkway that we had to walk over or around to get to our car. It was nearly a week since that heavy snowfall and it was a risky lability not to clean that pile away. That really left a bad impression on us.

Front desk check in was excellent she was very nice and helpful. As to the room is was very dirty hairs all over the sink only 2 small towels used wash cloth still in shower rub floor was filthy. But beds where comfortable
