This is my 2nd time staying at this property. I always enjoy the breakfast! the staff is friendly and helpful. This has become my favorite place to stay when I visit Wichita. It's clean and the beds are very comfortable. I also like it because it's not too pricy.

The hotel is Is in a great location. We have stayed there many times. Lately you can tell the hotel is not get the up keep it should. Rooms and bedding are clean but pillows are horrible. The heating vents are so loud and the toilet kept running through out the night. Getting worse and worse everytime

Great place to stay. It was nice to have hot breakfast every morning. My only complaint is that the gravy for the biscuits wasn’t out the first two mornings. On the third morning, I went down at 7, instead of 6:15-6:30, and it was there. All of the food was good, though, and there was a great variety.

The room was clean, the hotel was a bit dated but also clean. The free hot breakfast was also good. The front desk was friendly but it appeared they weren't trained well and kept struggling to do basic things like room keys and getting us an iron we waited 12 hours for, the lady at the front desk had been there for 17 hours that we could verify screaming that they were overworked and understaffed. It wasn't the normal Best Western standard unfortunately but certainly good enough for a weekend stay no more than I was there

Excellent staff. Delta at the front desk was super Duper nice and welcoming. She accommodated me with the issue that we had at checking in and she made me feel comfortable as if I were family. The room was super clean and comfortable. The shower had just the right amount of pressure. The housekeepers were very accommodating with offering me towels and toiletries. The buffet breakfast in the mornings was super delicious. The homemade biscuits was the cherry on top the waffle maker machine was a nice added touch. Overall, my entire day was excellent to say the least. The exterior of the hotel is a little dated, but that’s not really something that affects me in anyway I do wish they had a laundry room. They had a nice little gym and there’s a gasoline station right behind the hotel so if you need anything, it’s just a short walk away also inside the hotel they do have a mini snack bar so that’s super convenient . In conclusion, I rate it a 10 out of 10.
