Good location near airport, great restaurant.

Pros: Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Juan at the Bell Desk went out of his way to help.
Cons: Perhaps changing the carpet in the room. Also might want to clean the drapes a bit more often - they seemed dusty.
Location: Can't answer other than the usual big box stores - wasn't there very long - not even a full day.
Checked in late afternoon. Registration was simple and quick. Very pleased that the Bell Hop on duty, Juan, led me back to the airport to turn in my car and waited to take me back to the hotel. Very helpful! The hotel had all the services that I needed: computers for guests, good restaurant, 24 hour front desk service, help with luggage to my room.

This is the best hotel in Kansas! The cleanliness, staff, restaurant and of coarse amazing beds make this hotel one that myself and coworkers love staying at.

Nice when you have to fly out

Great to stay here because they have 24/7 shuttle to the airport. At 4 am, that's awesome. Very nice hotel but the staff is stuffy-polite but act better than you. That should be fixed! Front line people make or break a business.

Not quite the Doubletree I expected

Not quite the Doubletree I expected. The facilities were nowhere near the quality and elegance as the one in Tulsa Oklahoma Doubletree. Our room the first night I had a heater that worked very sporadically. Had a toilet that was running all night long. One of the main reasons we book this hotel is it because it had a hot tub. Then come to find out the hot tub was close for maintenance. Hotels should notify guests as they arrive or when they book that certain amenities are not available. However once I expressed my concerns to the staff Joanne the manager took very good care of us. She upgraded us to a suite that has a personal Jacuzzi tub. I was very pleased to see that they rectify the situation. I was unhappy to find that a breakfast which cost us Saturday morning $25 for our family. Cost us $53 on Sunday morning. There were a couple additional items offered on the breakfast buffet however nowhere did it say It was twice the cost. I know the restaurant is it's own entity and separate from the hotel. But if you are going to have it in your facility you should government somewha it was twice the cost. I know the restaurant is it's own entity and separate from the hotel. Pros: employees
i don't know what the thumping was in the walls all night - it sounded like a pipe pinging or something but it went on and on. I might have got 3 hours of sleep. also - When looking for breakfast for me and my old ailing parents they told me no breakfast because we had booked thru expedia - but when i was booking the room originally they told me we would have continental breakfast. i was very disappointed and i could not believe that a Hilton hotel would be so loud and no one noticed all the noises the pipes in the walls were making thats it

Comfort in the Storm!

Stuck for 5 nights due to winter storm that impacted 100s+ in multiple cities. I will definitely stay here if I need a hotel near the airport in the future.
