Very nice and comfortable stay.

My husband and I were welcomed with warm cookies and a wonderful staff. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable.

Pros: staff, closeness to airport
Cons: room condition
Location: Several places to eat nearby, inexpensive movie theater, good alternate to staying downtown at the convention center as downtown is about 10 min.
The main part of the hotel was in good repair, however the ada room I stayed in needed some repair. The seat in the shower area was unusable as it was about to come off of the wall, and you could not raise the shower head. It was nice to have an in room safe, however it would of been nice to have an mini-fridge. Some of the wiring in this room was ran in conduit on the wall. There were other hotels in the area where I could of stayed for $50.00 dollars about 1/3 of the price of this hotel, but I chose this one because of it is very close to airport, and I had an am flight. The staff here was very friendly and helpful, I just expected a room in a little better condition..

Nice hotel by the airport

We always stay there when we fly. It's right by the airport and they offer parking and a shuttle for a good price. The warm cookie when you check in is nice too.

Hotel close to Wichita airport

We were only booked here because another hotel overbooked and Expedia booked here for us. It was fine but would not have been worth full price. Lobby was loud and dirty when we checked in. Staff was not friendly. We did eat at the restaurant and it was good and our server was very friendly. Room was good, too, but the staff and cleanliness of the rest of the hotel brought down the experience for me.

Benefit of airport

The bedding was very worn and discolored. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. They say they have roll away beds but they only supply for king bed rooms. The double rooms also have space for one but they will not supply one. We offered to pay for the roll away and they declined and didn't want to offer any suggestions. They had extra bedding in closet. I guess they expect you to use it on the dirty stained floor. The beds are doubles and not queens. The feather downs are very old and thinning and yellow colored. The sink was draining very slowly in our room. We had a one night stay to catch a flight and checked in late so we did not want to complain further. The hotel is starting to show it's age. With a new airport across the street it's time for a full remodel in that hotel so that it can provide the expected quality of a Hilton.

Enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful. The waitstaff in the restaurant were top notch. The room I had, however, appeared to have carpet that either needed cleaning or replaced. There were two large dark spots in front of the closet door and bathroom door.

I am still sad they charge for parking if you fly. It used to be free.
