"The hotel pool was not working.
Key cards were required to go up the elevator to your room; however, if you were on an odd level floor all of the ice machines were on even floors. You cannot take the elevator to the ice machine floors and have to use the stairs. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating."
"This hotel was a challenge for 2 Seniors. The walk from the curb to the Check-in desk was a very long distance. To get to the Lobby, had to use an escalator, signage nearly non-existent to find lobby, security then point me to follow purple carpet. Had to go through casino and that's when I spotted a bellman, Phil. Then finally got to the lobby. He + I had to go back to the car to get luggage and then back to the lobby to get to room elevators. I'm sure just this took over an hour. Bellman, Phil was very patience with the pace I could walk.
In the meantime, my sister had to park the vehicle and do her best to follow the maze from parking garage to get back to lobby.
Not being allowed a morning coffee in the smoking area is absurd. I can understand not taking drinks out of casino area. But this was just odd.
Leaving wasn't any better. I told this bellman we parked out front on arrival and sister was bring vehicle to that area. I checked out, and Paul(?) left with luggage. I got to street level and no luggage was there. Asked guard to check on this. He explained there are two valet areas. I asked that he call 2nd location, it was there. Had to get directed there which was another adventure. Finally found that valet and we got our luggage and was able to thank the bellmen for his efforts.
We felt this hotel was not designed for Seniors and needs change. Lobby for me should always be a front-line presence not a hike to get to. Move the bar.
No recommendations here."

"Room layout was fine and staff were helpful.
Disappointed in cleanliness of the room--needed new bedding upon arriving as the bedding was stained. Had to buy disinfectant wipes to wipe all surfaces in the room--coffee maker was dirty where the water is poured in, light switches/remotes/door handles/table tops/phone were grimy/dirty"

"This was a very well equipped cottage. There were 5 adults and we did find it a bit cramped. We were happy to have had excellent weather since we ate outside for every meal. If we had to eat in the cottage it would have been challenging. For a couple with two kids it would be great! The setting was tranquil and relaxing. A walk through the park was educational and filled our ears with the sweet sound of birds. Would highly recommend this rental."
