"The desk staff at this hotel was incredibly unfriendly. We booked two nights total, coming and going. On the second arrival the desk clerk was rude, confrontational and we learned later a liar. The location on the river isn’t worth the toxic environment created by the desk staff. There are better friendly alternatives."

"This was a birthday treat for my wife, so we stayed at a hotel that we had passed many times and heard a lot about. We had a double room but no A/C which was needex. We did find a fan, so we put up with the noise. We looked forward to the lovely pool only to be told it was not in use due to re-tiling, most disappointing. "Hotel is kinda cute. cardboard walls. You can hear everything from the other rooms including the toilet part. Staff is extremely ignorant. They do not have the caliber of hôtel to support their attitude. Simply avoid that place. Not worth it. "
